Upgrading
Owner-only
Only the household owner can manage billing. If you are not the owner, ask your household owner to upgrade.

Choose monthly (£4/month) or yearly (£36/year).

Complete payment
You are taken to Stripe's secure checkout. Kerfuff never sees your card details.

Access is instant
As soon as payment is confirmed, all paid features are unlocked for your household.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Account → Manage billing. This opens Stripe's self-service portal where you can cancel, view invoices and change payment method.
After cancelling, your subscription runs until the end of the period you already paid for. Then your household moves to the free plan automatically.
Nothing is deleted when you cancel
Your data stays in Kerfuff when you move to the free plan. Calendar connections stop syncing, photos above the free limit become read-only, and AI scan drafts you already approved remain on your calendar.
What happens when you hit a limit
Monthly AI scans (50)
The scan button is disabled for the rest of the month. It resets automatically on the 1st.
Screensaver photos (100)
You cannot upload more photos until you remove some. Existing photos continue to display.
Paired displays (free: 2)
The pairing flow will tell you to upgrade. Existing displays continue to work.
Payment & security
- •Payments are handled by Stripe. Kerfuff never stores or sees your card number.
- •Invoices are available from the Stripe billing portal (Settings → Account → Manage billing).
- •If a payment fails, your subscription continues until the end of the current period. You will receive an email to update your payment method.
- •VAT is included in the prices shown.
